Position Summary

The Recruitment & Acquisition Specialist I drives family enrollment and growth. You will recruit and lead prospective families through the enrollment funnel, from initial awareness and inquiry to final registration. This role balances digital acquisition marketing, grassroots outreach, and relationship-driven sales to connect with families seeking a progressive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Target parents looking for progressive educational alternatives and tutoring.
Maintain and update local directory listings and review platforms.
Manage marketing campaigns, outreach, parent inquiries, and conversion metrics.
Build strategic partnerships with community programs and organizations.
Represent the academy at fairs, community events, and family expos.
Showcase student projects, exhibitions, and stories across marketing channels.

Minimum Job Requirements

Experience: Strong interest in education recruitment admissions, sales, or growth marketing, with a passion for experiential education, or progressive K-12 models.
Communication: Natural ability to build trust and consultatively guide families.
Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, social media management tools, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
Self-Starter: Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial experiential education setting.

Required Qualifications

Clear background
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, event planning, and community organizing and engagement
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Comfortable with social media and basic design tools
Genuine enthusiasm for building community

Lead Learning Guide

Position: Lead Learning Guide

Type: Part-Time / Remote / Hybrid

Reports To: Founder/ Executive Director

Position Summary

The Lead Learning Guide creates an engaging, supportive environment for students across multiple grade levels, facilitates individualized and small-group learning, and partners with families to support each child's academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily learning for small mixed-age groups
Monitor individual student progress and adjust support accordingly
Keep detailed records of student learning and development
Communicate regularly with families about progress and upcoming events
Work closely with Assistant Guide to coordinate classroom activities
Lead weekly planning sessions and contribute to program improvements
Participate in professional development and academy community events
Prepare learning materials and maintain organized learning environment

Minimum Job Requirements

Experience: Strong interest in experiential education, or progressive K-12 models.
Communication: Natural ability to build trust and consultatively guide families.
Multilingual: Fluency in two or more languages
Self-Starter: Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial experiential education setting.
