Dr. Laura Jones is the founder of J&D Global Academy, a hybrid interdisciplinary microschool that goes beyond the traditional focus on developing academic skills to developing global competencies. 

With over 20 years of instructional experience, Dr. Jones has supported academic progress of students at various levels. She holds a Doctorate degree in Global Leadership, a Master’s in Human Resource Development and Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is certified in Instructional Design.
